General Terms & Conditions:
- Room Occupancy:
- Superior Room – max 2 pax
- Deluxe & Premier Rooms – max 3 pax, w/ charge
- Family Room – max 5 pax using existing beds, breakfast for 4 pax
- Depending on allowable persons in a room, 1 child below 12 years old is free of charge on room, on bed sharing basis. 2 children is equivalent to 1 adult.
- Above rates are applicable on strict pre-payment arrangements only.
- Above DISCOUNTED rates are valid until March 2009.
- Above DISCOUNTED rates are subject to change without prior notice.
IMPORTANT: Please prepare Php 50 per person for the government required Environmental Fee as well as Php 50 per person Terminal Fee to be paid at the Caticlan Jetty Port upon Arrival; and Php 50 per person to be paid at Cagban Jetty Port upon departure. These charges fall under Personal Account and must personally be settled at the ports mentioned. Porter Fees on Personal Account too.
Resort’s Cancellation Policies: The Resort strictly imposes the following charges for booking cancellations.
Regular Season:
- 15 working days prior to arrival - PhP 500/room/night.
- 14-4 working days prior to arrival – 50% of 1 room night.
- 3 days prior to arrival – 1 night/ room.
- 2-0 days/No Show – 100% (FULL CHARGE)
Peak Season:
- 45 -31 days prior to arrival – PhP 500/room.
- 30 – 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of 1 room night.
- 14 – 6 days prior to arrival - 1 night/room.
- 5 days prior to arrival – 50% of full room charges.
- 4-0 days/No Show – 100% (FULL CHARGE)
Super Peak Season:
- prior 45 days – PhP 500/room.
- 45 -31 days – 1 night/room.
- 30 -16 days – 50% of full room charge.
- 15 -0 days/No Show - 100% (FULL CHARGE)
