GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS & OTHER CHARGES:
- Special 3D/2N Casa Pilar Fan Room Holiday Rates Offered: On a Per Person Per Package basis.
- Extra Night Inclusions: Room & Set Breakfast only.
- Hotel & Tour Vouchers: Booking will be finalized with Confirmation Vouchers. Vouchers are required upon check in or prior to tour.
- Kalibo Airport RTT Surcharge: PhP 250/person
- Municipal Fees: included in the package.
- Porterage Fees: On Personal Account.
- Child Rate Policy (7 years old & below):
- Bed Sharing Package (w/ RTT; no breakfast): PhP 1,050/child
- Extra Night: FOC on bedsharing basis, breakfast not included.
- Room Occupancy: Maximum three (3) adults per room allowed or two (2) adults + Two (2) children.
- Normal Check-in/Check-out: PhP 2:00 PM/12:00 NN. Early check in is allowed if room is available, but not guaranteed.
- Low Season Dates: June 16-November 14, except holidays & long weekends.
- High Season Dates: November 15-June 15, October 29-November 2, 2010.
- Peak Season Dates:
- March 28-April 4, 2010,
- December 20-January 10, 2011,
- Holy Week 2011
- Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if item or service is not availed.
