- Extra Night : See Room Rates.
- Hotel & Tour Vouchers: Booking will be finalized with Confirmation Vouchers. Vouchers are required upon check in or prior to tour.
- Kalibo Airport RTT Surcharge: PhP 600/person
- Municipal Fees: PhP 150/person. On Personal Account.
- Porterage Fees: On Personal Account.
- Child Rate Policy (2-11 Years Old): On Request.
- Extra Person Policy:
- Deluxe Room: Max 3 Pax, adults and children.
- Deluxe & Premier Villa: Max 2 Pax only (2 Adults or 1 adult +1 Child)
- Premier Room & Suite: Max 3 Pax (or 2 Adults + 2 Children)
- Normal Check-in/Check-out: PhP 2:00 PM/12:00 NN. Early check in is allowed if room is available, but not guaranteed.
- Regular Season: October-June 2010
- Peak Season Dates: March 26-April 19, and Long Weekends & Holidays
- Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if item or service is not availed.
- Prepayment: Special Package is available on pre-payment arrangements only.
