GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS & OTHER CHARGES:
- Special Room Rates Offered: On a Per Person Room Per Night basis.
- Hotel & Tour Vouchers: Booking will be finalized with Confirmation Vouchers. Vouchers are required upon check in or prior to tour.
- Roundtrip Airport Transfers (Land & Boat): Inclusive of 10% Service Charge, Terminal & Environmental Fees at Jetty Ports.

- Breakfast (subject to 10% service charge): PhP 130+/set PhP 200+/buffet
- Porterage Fees: On Personal Account.
- Child Rate Policy (6 years old & below): FOC on accommodation on bed sharing basis, transfers and meals not included. Full adult rate for extra bed request.
- Room Occupancy: All Rooms (except Penthouse, Junior & Executive Suites) can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
- Normal Check-in/Check-out: PhP 2:00 PM/11:00 AM. Early check in is allowed if room is available, but not guaranteed.
- Low Season Dates: June 1- December 15
- High Season Dates: December 16-May 31, except Peak Dates.
- October 29-November 2, Long Weekends & Holidays.
- Peak Season Dates: Minimum 3 nights required to confirm.

- Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if item or service is not availed.
