- Minicipal Fee: PhP 150/person. On Personal Account.
- Porterage Fees: On Personal Account.

- Unused Items: Inclusions are packaged and not refundable if package item or service is not availed.
- Lean Season Dates: June-October, except holidays & long weekends.
- Regular Season Dates:
- Major Filipino Holidays & long weekends
- April-May, November-March, except peak periods.
- Peak Season Dates:
- Christmas: December 18-31 - New Year: January 1-5
- Chinese New Year: January 31-February 7, 2011 - Holy Week: March 29-April 4
- Prepayment: Booking available on pre-payment arrangements only.
- Validity: Rates valid for travel dates until March 2011; rates are subject to change without prior notice.
