Accommodation

STANDARD ROOM (Two Units) Airconditioned rooms with a queen-size bed and toilet and bath en suite. The rooms open to the garden, with built- in benches on the hallway where you can sit and enjoy the fresh air. Both are equipped with hot and cold water, refrigerator, ceiling fan, water heater and PABX phone system, and 20” flat screen TV.

FAMILY SUITE (1 Unit) - The unit our guests fondly return to, the family suite is truly the coziest place to be. With two quaint rooms that each comfortably accomodate 3 persons, the family suite is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Each room is equipped with a split-type airconditioner, ceiling fan, a queen size bed and an extra single for additional guest. There's also a refrigerator and water boiler in each room and in the very spacious shared bathroom, hot and cold water, PABX phone system, and 20” flat screen TV.

ONE BEDROOM SUITE (9 Units) - The rooms we have the most of (9 units) - the one bedroom suites - are very spacious units (60sqm) comprising of a veranda, living room, bedroom and toilet and bath. They are equipped with split-type air-conditioners (2) and have either a king-size bed or two single. They also come with two built-in sofa beds for additional guests in the living room. The spacious private verandas all look out to the lush garden of The Strand. The units are also equipped with hot and cold water, refrigerator, water heater, ceiling fans, PABX phone system, and 20” flat screen TV.

TWO BEDROOM PENTHOUSE (1 Unit) - Our biggest, most luxurious two-bedroom penthouse is for those who want a truly spacious "home" on Boracay . The penthouse sits on top of all the other condos, with a vast veranda that looks out to the lush garden of The Strand on one side and up to a corner of a limestone forest.

All rooms have split air-conditioners (3) and ceiling fans. One bedroom has a king-size bed and another two single. There is also a built-in sofa bed in the living room for additional guest.

It is equipped with a refrigerator, hot and cold water and water heater. it also has a lot of storage space for those who want a clutter-free stay while they are on the island.

Facilities & Amenities

The Strand's Pool and Bar Lounge Area Opens
Tucked in the woods, at the foot of a hill are The Strand's brand-new spanking swimming pools. These modern pools, Boracay's first and only SALT WATER POOLS use a salt chlorinator filter to keep the water clean, clear and soft. It is gentle on the skin especially for babies and adults with sensitve skin particularly to chlorine. It is our way of respecting the environmnet as well as our guests.

The pools are surrounded by lush greens all over, perfect for doing laps or simply just for dipping or relaxing and another for our cute little toddlers to wade in. Enjoy the lush greens around and the clear blue sky during the day or in the stillness of the night gaze at the stars and the moon.

Mahogany Lounge
Our Mahogany Lounge is open everyday to guests who would like to hang out and chat with other guests. here you'll also have the chance to catch a movie or two on DVD or read some mags which you are welcome to borrow and bring up to your room. If the weather is bad (and even if it's not), this is where the guests can also have their breakfast or other meals and have some cocktail drinks or afternoon tea.
Still feel connected to nature as you use your laptop to check out your email or work... if you really have to. We have wifi connection in the open areas of The Strand incl the Mahogany Lounge.

Limestone Café
What better name to give this cozy, al fresco Scandinavian style cafe where guests can enjoy their breakfast and other meals, as requested. Shaded by a hundred-year old breadfruit (rima) tree, the cafe sits at the foot of a real limestone hill and forest and overlooks a part of The Strand's enormous garden - perfect for parents to enjoy our exquisite coffee while the kids play in the garden within eyesight.
